Experience Quiet Calm and Ease This Holiday Season

The holiday season can be bittersweet with its mixture of warm-hearted joy and frenetic stress. To approach this upcoming holiday season with quiet calm and ease, Highland Yoga is offering a free dharma talk and guided meditation on Saturday, November 18, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Highland Yoga co-owner, Stephen Tortorello, will discuss the role of gratitude and compassion in our lives and how a mindfulness practice geared toward loving-kindness meditation can infuse the upcoming holiday season with true peace. He will then lead a guided meditation designed to reduce stress and spark transformation at the deepest level of being.

Highland Yoga is a community-oriented yoga studio whose mission is to cultivate an environment that is earnest, uplifting, knowledgeable and compassionate. They honor each individual’s path and support their needs in a space dedicated to transformation and personal growth. This free event also marks the end of the studio’s week-long gratitude sale which runs from November 11 to 18. Space for this event will be limited and online registration is required.
