Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures and breathing techniques are performed while seated and standing with the aid of a chair. While chair yoga is for anyone with physical disabilities or challenges, it is also a wonderful form of yoga for beginners or anyone who spends a large part of their day seated.
