Janet's study of many traditions in healing, spirituality, energy medicine, and shamanism and teaching and healing for over thirty years brings you powerful ways to be a master healer.

An intake form will have questions about what you want to learn working with clients and yourself. These forms will help me design the weekend. Be The Medicine is about self-mastery, healing mastery, and living your gifts. This Reiki offers grounded understanding and experiences for all of your life, not just healing. Self-healing is a significant focus. The best way to heal others is to experience self-healing, which advances each student's health, healing abilities, and life. Being the energy is the key. We move from doing Reiki to being Reiki. We also learn many ways to be safe and keep our clients secure and learn advanced methods of energy transfers.
