Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring a pair of socks, as your feet may get cold. Also, you will need to bring a blanket and pillow to wrap around yourself in the hammock or on the mat. **We recommend pregnant women and those with seizure conditions consult their physician prior to attending a sound bath event.
