Women’s Wellness Club Is Launched at Mt. Tabor

Holistic health and nutrition coach Christine Grasso introduces a fun and innovative Women’s Wellness Club on September 21 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Mt. Tabor Healing Center, 999 Tabor Road, in Morris Plains. The club will meet on the third Wednesday of each month. The first meeting’s topic is How to Beat Those Crazy Cravings in 7 Simple Steps ~ Without Feeling Deprived. Future topics include How Going Gluten-Free Can Change Your Life, Women’s Health, and Back to Basics: Real Food, Soul Food. Designed to build community among like-minded, health-conscious women, the Women’s Wellness Club will offer ways for participants to trim their waistlines without counting points or calories, have boundless energy, and stop the cycle of stomach pain to have healthy digestion for life.

When asked why the club is revolutionary, Grasso explains, “Most women are taught that deprivation and guilt in their diet and lifestyle are the keys to a healthy body and positive relationships. This simply is not true. I believe women can have fantastic energy, a trim body, and a fun, fulfilling life while enjoying delicious foods. I work with my clients to balance all areas of their lives, including their diet, relationships, exercise, career, and spirituality. In addition to coaching, Grasso is also an expert in digestive health and a yoga instructor.
