New Yoga Studio Opens on Upper Lake Mohawk

Niyama Yoga & Wellness Studio is pleased to announce the August opening of its second location. “We are expanding, and our community is incredible and growing,” states Founder Nicole Zornitzer. 

The new studio, located on Upper Lake Mohawk in Sparta, will continue Niyama Yoga’s commitment to bringing the highest degree of training, therapeutic yoga, barre fusion, Pilates, reiki healing, ayurvedic counseling and Thai yoga bodywork to the Sussex County community.
