The creation of certified personal trainer Jessica Sampieri-Griffin of Blairstown, NJ Fit Mom recently celebrated its one-year anniversary of Boot Camps for Moms. What began with only eight participants in one location has grown to over 100 moms in four locations: Blairstown, Fredon, Sparta and Long Valley. The camps offer morning and evening classes, and children have the option of a supervised play date at a park or joining mom while she gets fit! All levels (and non-moms) welcome. Various packages are offered with classes as low as $6 each. The next session runs from September 6 through November 4. NJ Fit Mom is also looking for certified, energetic trainers to join its team!
