Women’s Wellness Club Offers Breakthroughs to Weight Loss Resistance

Join Christine Grasso, holistic health and nutrition coach, on Wednesday, March 21, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., to “Break Through Your Resistant Weight Loss and Feel Young and Alive Again,” in a meeting of the Women’s Wellness Club at the Mt. Tabor Healing Center, 999 Tabor Road, Morris Plains. In this meeting, Grasso will offer breakthrough strategies to achieving and maintaining weight loss.
Grasso’s approach to weight loss takes into account the individual’s body type, lifestyle, career and personal relationships, since no one “way of eating” works for everyone. As Grasso says, “The choices women make right now will affect how they’ll feel this summer when it’s time to step into that bathing suit and shorts. Long-term, sustainable weight loss may seem like a daunting task, but it doesn’t have to be.
