Natural Awakenings North Central New Jersey

The Room Above Welcomes New Practitioners

With the addition of eight adjunct practitioners, The Room Above (TRA), 2 East Main St., Brookside, now offers more avenues to well-being and more ways to kindle the creative and intuitive fire, all under one roof. With its first anniversary on the horizon, TRA welcomes Joe Crisanti, Irene Sonja Fanane, Maggi Hutchinson, Colleen McSpirit, Tracey Revak, Donna Reynolds, Jeanne Rice, and Michael Zaikowski to its staff, providing clients an even wider array of natural ways to enrich their lives, heal their bodies, and rejuvenate their spirits.

Joe Crisanti offers a series of biweekly transformative group meditations with a focus on deep soul-source connection. Irene Sonja Fanane, angel therapy practitioner and founder of Awakening to Angels, will guide heart-centered angelic group meditations and offer individual guidance. Maggi Hutchinson, a certified healing touch instructor, will share enjoyable, effective techniques to support health and relieve stress. Colleen McSpirit eases into each class with gentle yoga followed by a Crystal Bowl group meditation. Tracey Revak, a Soma-Energetics sound and vibration therapist, brings individuals into deep restorative states, with Solfegge tuning forks. Herbalist Donna Reynolds opens her Ayurvedic kitchen in a series of info-packed, user-joyful herbal workshops on cooking, menopause, and gardening. Jeanne Rice welcomes participants to dive into their individual wisdom by tracking patterns and emotions in a unique journaling experience. Michael Zaikowski, clairvoyant spiritual counselor, sidereal astrologer, and Reiki Master Teacher, will be available for individual readings.

“The sheer breadth of offerings these talented professionals present is exciting,” says Ellen Mooney, one of TRA’s cooperative partners. “Along with our current practitioners, our newest invite a unique path of empowerment, vitality, rejuvenation to all who step through our door.”
