CRISP, which features creative falafel and hummus dishes, is a fresh, healthy and unique alternative to typical fastfood. The restaurant, which opened last May, is located at 3000 Route 10 West in Denville, near the border of Morris Plains and Parsippany. The menu puts a spin on traditional falafel by offering falafel burgers, hummus and salad bowls, soups, and signature creations such as the Africa, a falafel sandwich with habanero peanut sauce and aNorth African sweet potato medley.  Open seven days a week, the restaurant’s hours are from 11am to 9pm.
