In the process of Ascension, Love is the driving force. Energetically, love emanates from the heart chakra. This chakra is composed of 33 chambers or "lessons" that each one of us go through in order to grow. In this group healing, the focus will be on chamber 17 which is about self-love.  many of us find it challenging to fully love and accept who we are, but now is the time to do so.
