Tantra is a path of awakening and exploration that helps us move out of ordinary states and into a sense of heightened awareness, expanded sensation and mindfulness. Simple, accessible practices can enhance the pleasure, sensuality, and satisfaction of your everyday experience. This is not a lecture - we want you to experience something new and learn something about yourself. We use the transformative power of breath, mindful movement, touch, sound, and meditation to move into a deeper state of presence and cultivate joy and intimacy. This allows us to live more fully and more consciously. In this session, you will learn and discover more about your ecstatic self and your energetic potential. We will close our event with a puja, which is a ceremony and ritual of reverence and offering.
