The meditation and mindfulness research continue to demonstrate how these practices both separately and combined, promote increased attention and concentration, reduce auto-pilot reactivity in stressful situations, and make kindness and compassion more available for yourself and others during challenging times. Over the course of just three weekly 90-minute classes, a licensed psychologist and certified meditation trainer will guide you in practicing various types of meditations and will show you how you can incorporate mindfulness into your daily life.
